How bridge collapse in Gujarat’s Morbi happened

Eyewitnesses said there were close to 400 to 450 people on the Morbi bridge on Sunday evening on the occasion of Chhath Puja and the iron cables, on which the bridge was suspended, caved in from the middle at about 6.40pm
