Congress’ Pateriya, arrested over ‘kill Modi’ remark, shows victory sign outside court

Raja Pateriya, who is also the Congress’ state vice-president for Madhya Pradesh, was arrested this morning by Panna Police. The MLA had courted controversy over his “kill Modi” remark.
