232,000 passports surrendered in 9 yrs, half of them in Delhi, Punjab and Guj

The external affairs ministry data indicated that the maximum cases were reported from Delhi with 60,414 passports handed back to the government, followed by Punjab (28,117) and Gujarat (22,300)
